The discovery phase begins with a second meeting in which the project is officially started. This phase largely involves research into the competitive landscape, user needs and company goals, etc.

With an approved rough draft the designing and programming begins, while keeping communication open with our clients. Input is immediately incorporated and implemented into the design.

A test site is launched giving our client the ability to observe the development phase directly and provide us with additional input. This testing phase is critical, as it's very easy to make changes at this stage that would otherwise be very time-consuming to do later on in the project. We also ensure that the design is put under careful scrutiny and subjected to rigorous testing, in order to meet our quality assurance criteria and design goals.

After the test phase is completed and the client is completely satisfied the project goes "live" online.
